Attract Clients through Honesty
Attract clients through:
Social media, funnels, lead magnets, branding…
Sure, but what about attracting clients through HONESTY?
One of the things that tarnishes the coaching industry are FALSE CLAIMS.
People post fake revenue reports, fake testimonials, falsify their narrative, make promises they can’t or don’t deliver on, mislead their clients into signing predatory contracts and NDAs, coach on areas they don’t have experience or expertise in, coaches selling high-ticket without a track record of success.
When people do this, they pollute the entire industry.
I think this why it’s important not to use money, or ClickFunnel awards, or fancy cars as the measure of someone’s success in this industry.
And to make your investment decisions from a place of RESOURCEFULNESS, not from a lack of resources that has you throwing money at your money problems.
That’s a recipe for more money problems.
If you want to make an HONEST living as a coach, you need to create value through: skill building + congruence.
(1) You need to be actively developing the skills to be able to deliver results consistently for your clients.
(2) You need to be your own best testimonial and be living and breathing what you teach.
Without these two things, you will do A LOT of overcompensating and convincing to sell your coaching.
I understand that the promise of 6-figures and incredible wealth can be an easy distraction from what the soul of what the coaching industry is about: life changing transformations.
But if you want to do life changing work, you need to be committed to implementing your own changes.
No certification, course, or strategy will allow you to by-pass this if you want to grow with HONESTY and INTEGRITY.
You get to choose:
Fake it to make it.
OR be it to see it.
Just ask yourself which one will FEEL like success when your head hits the pillow at night.
