The secret to becoming a highly successful coach is no secret at all.


It’s to do hard shit that you don’t feel like doing until you get good at it–especially when you don’t feel like doing it.


If you think that you’re not good at marketing or sales, make the decision to get good at it.


That means doing the things that actually make you good at marketing and sales, not just waking up to start your day at 5am or taking more bubble baths.


Most people have a dramatic underestimation of how much effort goes into being successful.


They expect to be able to publish a post everyday for a month and *POOF* clients.


But that’s not how it works. You have to be willing to 10X that amount of effort.


Skill develops from the QUANTITY of action you’re taking and the QUALITATIVE feedback you give yourself on what that action produces.


You learn so much between your first post and your 100th post.


Or between your first sales call and your 50th.

COACH YOURSELF


You are your first client and your most important client, always. Even if you have none, you have one. Don’t forget that. Every single day, you must commit yourself using my proven process called “The Method”. If you want to sell coaching, you have to actively be selling yourself on the power of coaching in your own life. Lots of people will tell you that mindset is the most important aspect of business, but very few people will tell you how to actually work on it. And a surprisingly low number of coaches incorporate it on a daily basis. If you want exceptional results, you need to commit to being the exception.


REVIEW/ VISUALIZE YOUR GOALS


Many people fail to convert their goals into a project because they don't spend time actively thinking about the achievement of their goals. Truth is, you have to see it to build it and you have to believe it to see it.


READ 10 PAGES OF A BOOK


This is 10 pages of a non-fiction book that will help you improve your life or the way you do business. Leaders are readers. Every book is years of wisdom that you get to absorb in a matter of hours. What you read stimulates your own thinking and it will help you develop your focus and concentration.


POST A PIECE OF CONTENT


By “CONTENT”, I mean everything from social media posts to emails to blog posts to YouTube videos. It doesn’t have to be the same format every day. It just has to go out for your people. If you create it but you do not post it, it does not count. If you do this for 90 days straight, it just might change your marketing game forever. In order to blow up your marketing, you need to be consistently adding value so that you start helping your clients get results before they even pay you. You will not need to do this daily forever but when you make a routine of posting, you won’t have any other option but to think about how you can help your customers solve their problems. And guess what? People will thank you with their dollars for helping them solve problems.


REACH OUT TO 10 PEOPLE PER DAY


You cannot rely on “Posting and Praying” as a business strategy. You also need to be actively bringing people into your business. You can do this in person, you can do this online, you can do this through ads. It’s up to you to decide how you go about it. For the love of God, just stop waiting around for people to miraculously come to you.


WORKOUT FOR 45MIN PER DAY


Many entrepreneurs let their health take a backseat so they can run their company. They plan on working out and taking care of themselves when they get things going. But what you need to realize is that you will never produce what you can produce in business without FIRST taking care of your physical and mental health. “Successful” means pursuing your full potential in all areas of life, not just in business. If you aren’t optimizing your health, it will have an effect on your ability to generate wealth because you will not be refining your organizational skills that allow you to be more effective in virtually every aspect of your life. Not to mention that taking on physical challenges in your life is what will allow you to develop mental traits like mental toughness, emotional flexibility, and cognitive agility–all of which will benefit you in the arena of business.


FOLLOW A DIET


Entrepreneurship requires a lot of mental energy on a daily basis. The best way to sustain that energy is to make sure that you’re fueling yourself with the best possible sources of energy when it comes to what you eat. Your diet can be whatever you decide, but you have to stick to it without exceptions. Beyond the physical benefits, this is about developing organization, decision making, discipline, and self-control. Consult a nutritionist or expert if you feel like you don’t know what you’re doing or want the expert guidance.


NO TV SHOWS


In 2021, the total average time spent watching TV per day among viewers aged 15 years old or over was 2.86 hours. Reclaim your time and use it to develop your mind and your business.


These are the rules.


Success is what you repeatedly do.


You can’t just try something on and off and expect a result.


It takes a minimum of 21 days to form a new habit.
